Ingredients:

plantain (Plantago ovata) seed husks, flax (Linum usitatissimum) seeds, glucomannan - obtained from the root of the leopard amorphophallus (Amorphophallus konjac), crushed caraway (Carum carvi) fruits, crushed parsley (Petroselinum crispum) herb, crushed coriander (Coriandrum sativum) fruits, Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus) powder, dandelion leaf (Taraxaci folium) powder, ginger root (Zingiber officinale) powder, fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare) powder, turmeric root and rhizome (Curcuma longa) powder.

Colonwell Usage Instructions:

1) HEALTHY BOWEL PROGRAM. Every day 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner, mix half a teaspoon of ColonWell with 100 ml. of water. Then drink a glass of water.

2) SLIMMING PROGRAM.

- Breakfast at 10 am.

- Lunch anytime.

- Dinner until 6 pm.

- 7-8 p.m. drink ColonWell (instead of a late dinner)

For the first 3 days, instead of a late dinner (around 7-8 p.m.) , take 1 teaspoon of ColonWell mixed with a glass of water. Then drink a glass of water.

On the following days, take 2-3 teaspoons of ColonWell (around 7-8 p.m.) with a glass of water. Then drink a glass of water. Do this every day.

3) WEIGHT LOSS + HEALTHY BOWEL PROGRAM.

- Use the Healthy Gut Program for five days .

- Then use the weight loss program on the following days . Do this every day.

During the period when you are not eating (6:00 PM-10:00 AM), you can drink a sugar-free smoothie.

When taking ColonWell, be sure to drink 1.5-2 liters of water per day !
