Usage:

1. Gut health program: Take 0.5 teaspoon of ColonWell mixed in half a glass of water, 2–3 times per day, 30 minutes before meals. Drink an additional glass of water.

2. Weight loss program: Have dinner by 6 PM. Then 1–2 hours after dinner, take 2–3 teaspoons of ColonWell mixed in a glass of water, followed by another glass of water. Do not eat breakfast earlier than 10 AM, or skip breakfast.

3. Weight loss and gut health combined program: For 5 days, take 0.5 teaspoon of ColonWell mixed in half a glass of water, 2–3 times per day before meals. Drink an additional glass of water. After 5 days, switch to the weight loss program.

When using ColonWell, it is essential to drink 1.5–2 liters of water per day.
